Robert King

Robert has over twenty years of Executive Management experience in the consumer lending space with servicing oversight in retail collections, subprime loss mitigation, BPO servicing/consulting, and contact center management. Robert grew up on the east coast before finishing school and moving to Texas in the early 90’s to begin his career in the Financial Services industry. As a 20-year member of the ACA, his education focused on serving the subprime and underbanked keeping him on the forefront of technology in a fast-moving Fintech environment.

Sarah has spent her career focused on learning and improving Customer Service standards. She has more than 25 years of experience specific to Call Centers and has been integral in organizing and growing environments while developing standards throughout her career. Sarah has a BA in Business Management, but started in the Call Center on the front lines which allowed her to experience top-down decisions and focus on ensuring teams continue to evaluate policies and procedures for improvements throughout all levels. Sarah creates an environment that focuses on resource development that not only positively impacts business results, but that generates employee satisfaction in their opportunities for growth.

James is a Financial Services Executive with over 31 years of diversified and successful management experience directing Credit and Collections operations and servicing multi-million-dollar loan portfolios. He’s an expert in risk management, regulatory compliance, managed prime, subprime mortgages, private label credit cards, and subprime loans. He has successfully managed large collection servicing centers for Bank of America, National City Bank, Merrill Lynch, Household Retail Services, Select Portfolio Source (3rd party), as well as eight years with Curo/CCFI, IQVS servicing.

She is a leader in setting organizational service philosophies and is experienced in opening and building fully profitable contact centers across the US. She has a proven track record of streamlining and enhancing operational processes, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Jim is a Financial Services Executive with over 30 years of experience and has led strategy, operations, and growth at major financial corporations including Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, Capital One, Wells Fargo, and Nonbank’s. He leverages the discipline, critical thinking, and collaborative work style that he honed during his service in the United States Airforce to expand his career. During his time as an executive leader, Jim and his teams made major impacts in developing personnel, process improvement operational efficiency and loss reduction across multiple business units in the subprime unsecured and secured laterals.

Greg King
Vice President

Greg has nearly 25 years of experience in the consumer lending space. He began his career working at SRC as the Director of Recovery and Inventory where he led the pre- and post-repossession process. During his tenure, he was instrumental in developing and implementing key programs, including RDN repossession management integration, SCRC batch processing, and the RISC vendor management relationship to ensure that vendors met the requirements set forth by the compliance department. At IQV Servicing, Greg serves as the VP of Loss Mitigation where he and his team manage the pre- and post-repossession process for several auto lenders being serviced by IQV.
